RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand that sometimes it’s hard to get swimwear sizing right, especially without being able to try it on. In saying this, we will happily exchange your swimwear for another size or style, as long as it is returned to us unworn, unwashed and in it’s original state with hygiene strip in place.

The item/s are returned within 14 days of you receiving them
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal
Undergarments must be worn when trying on items
Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
The swimwear must be accompanied with a completed return form, sanitary stickers and original hang tags still attached. You’re returned goods will be put through a quality review, assessed and either repaired or replaced.
Orders must be returned within 14 days from the day you received it. Unfortunately if your return exceeds our 14 days policy we will not be able to process your exchange.
Please ensure that you send your item via registered post as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges if you do not have proof of shipping and tracking.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, we are unable to refund such duty or taxes.
All domestic and international items will be sent via registered post.
International (generally 7-21 business days): Flat rate of $20
Free– spend over $80
If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home the courier should leave a 'sorry we missed you slip' and proceed to deliver your item to the nearest post office for your collection.
Once your item has been distributed toTaiwan Post Office it becomes their responsibility and often shipping times can vary.
PLEASE NOTE: All international orders are sent via Taiwan Post Track and Trace International. We will provide you with a tracking number on request, however on some occasions these are not real-time trackable, they are only traceable in the event they go missing.

DUTIES & TAXES
All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.
FASI reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
